Membership Application

To become a member of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, please fill out the membership application and return it with a check in the amount of $200 (if paid prior to January 31, 2012, after this date it is $225) to the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, 350 National Boulevard, Long Beach, NY 11561.
