LB Artist Co-op

 

LB Artist Co-op is a year-long, indoor venue for artists and makers to present and sell their creations. In this revolving market, up to 4 artists, makers, food artisans, and creators will share the space during the first weekend of the month. Patrons will enjoy a new selection of artisanal goods monthly!

 

"Cooperative" means working together towards achieving a common goal. Arts In The Plaza and Long Beach Chamber of Commerce are proud to collaborate on this project to manifest opportunities for people to shop local, support small businesses and nourish the Long Beach artist community.

 

LB Artist Co-op will be open from 10 am - 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday during the first weekend of the month.

The rent is $200 per week for the room. Up to 4 artists, makers, food artisans, and creators can share the room and split the rent. You can choose how many people you wish to share with. You may also request who you wish to share with. All participants must be members of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce. If you're a member in good standing of a Long Beach art group, it's only $100 annually to join the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.

All participants must have liability insurance. 

If you are interested in participating, please complete the artist application. No payment is required to apply. Someone will contact you about scheduling arrangements. Upon confirmation of your scheduled weekend, payments will be requested.
